IN THIS FORM OF ENERGY WORK, A THERAPIST
RUNS a mallet around the edge of a bowl, creating  a
humming sound similar to what you hear when you run your finger
along the rim of a wineglass. Proponents say the vibrations can
calm the nervous system, ease pain, and heal disease. According
to the theory, every molecule in the body vibrates at a specific
frequency, and when they're exposed to the sound waves from the
bowls, they sync up to them. "Any kind of tension or sickness

plays bowls at varying pitches, either singly or together in harmony.
